What You Should Know

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!!


Appointment Preparation
  • Please arrive with your hair shampooed and blown dry as straight as possible unless shampoo services are included or have been added to your service. Avoid using any products on your hair to prevent the need for additional shampoo services or the risk of cancellation. If you wish to use a specific product during your appointment, please bring it with you.
  • Ensure your hair is at least 4 inches in length all around.
  • If you require any optional add-on services, such as extended length, beads, or deep penetrating conditioner, please select them prior to your appointment. We can provide the hair needed for your service. Please select "hair included" and choose the color option when scheduling to avoid confusion and save time. 
Cancellation
  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $45.00 cancellation fee and forfeiture of your deposit. Initial appointments may be rescheduled once with the deposit applied, as long as your rescheduled appointment is within 2 weeks of original appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a new appointment. If we need to reschedule due to an issue on our end, you will receive a 5% discount on the rescheduled service. No call no show appointments will incur a $100 fee and may result in being blocked from scheduling future appointments if the fee is not paid. We value your time and ask that you respect ours.
Punctuality
  • If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. A late fee of $25.00 may be assessed at our discretion. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. We strive to provide the best possible service, so please plan your schedule accordingly.
Prices
  • All prices are base prices and may increase with more technical designs, longer natural hair and/or extensions.
Payment
  • Payment is preferred in CASH.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and can only be applied to one rescheduled appointment.
  • Full payment is required when you are halfway through your service.
  • Payment is accepted via: Cash, Zelle - (use 440-990-8282), Credit card/Debit card (with a $10 Fee), CashApp - (with a $3 Fee to $NelNell312), Venmo - (use ParadiseHairPromotions1), Apple Cash - (use 440-990-8282). 
  • NO REFUNDS will be given once service is rendered, and you have left the premises. If you are unsatisfied, please let the stylist know and we will attempt to address your concerns.
Scheduling
  • Appointments can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. If you need an appointment at a time or day that is not available, please join our waitlist. Some same-day appointments may require an increased price.

Guests
  • Children and other guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. If guests accompany you and cannot leave, your appointment may be cancelled.
Sisterlocks Only:

The Sisterlocks Package:
  • Consultation: We will discuss past hair care practices, answer any questions you may have, and "Test Locks" will be established. This appointment usually lasts approximately 1 hour. Please make sure to arrive with your hair clean (shampooed within the last 48 hours) free from all oils, moisturizers, and any other products. There is a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE Consultation fee and a $50 deposit that will applied to your total. Your establishment appointment will be scheduled during the consultation.
  • Lock Establishment: We will complete your establishment. This process can take between 1 to 3 days depending on your natural hair texture and length. We will take a break for 30 minutes for lunch and dinner along with small 5 minute breaks for restroom, stretching etc... At the conclusion of your appointment you will receive a starter kit and be given further instructions on shampooing and maintenance of your new locks.
  • The Follow-up: At 4-6 weeks your first retighten will be done, this occurs after two shampooing's have taken place.

  • We offer all sizes listed above.
  • When scheduling Goddess locs please make sure to select the Add-On.
  • If you would like for us to supply the locs please make sure to select Hair Included Add-On. Based on your responses you will receive a text message with the cost for the hair. Hair has to be paid for within 48 hours. Payment can be made via zelle (440-990-8282), Venmo (@ParadiseHairPromotions1), or CashApp - ($NelNell312). It will take approximately 1-2 months for hair to be made depending on the size, color, and length.

  • Once form is submitted it will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding availability.
  • If we are able to accommodate you we will require a deposit of 25% be sent via Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp, to secure appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the service and applicable guidelines as listed above must be followed.
  • Fit In Appointments that require appointment times outside of normal hours will be subject to an additional $50 fee.
